Daryl D. Flowers, 22, of 2763 James St., Calcium, was charged by Watertown police with driving while intoxicated at 12:25 a.m. Friday in the 700 block of LeRay Street. Police said he had a blood alcohol content of 0.16 percent, twice the state DWI threshold of 0.08 percent.
